This is a bi-annual/ annual membership program that helps homeowners keep their home’s value APPRECIATING vs DEPRECIATING by scheduling all of your home’s annual/ bi-annual needs. We also provide records of these services (that can be useful for insurance)

HCS is for the busy homeowner that doesn't have time to keep track of all the necessary home maintenance tasks, nor has endless PTO to be home for said tasks.

We have a list of preferred providers, if you do not have someone you prefer. We track and schedule, but allow the various pro's to do their work

We are all limited in hours in the day, and sadly while our homes are one of our greatest assets, often taking care of preventive maintenance doesn't make the cut on the daily list of priorities.
When you hire Your Household Hero through the Home Concierge Services program, you ensure that your home is being taken care of, while taking many tasks off your plate. Each membership includes at bare minimum, one Hero On Site session, meaning that is one maintenance visit you DON'T have to use PTO for (or one ballet recital or baseball game you don't miss.)
We also keep records of when things like the water heater has been emptied, which can be valuable information saving you money when you go to sell your home in the future.
